I found the rooms to be very clean. The staff are excellent. The whole hotel in general was clean and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you all.

Disliked: Breakfast was told to be free, but a lot of issue made . We are 4 guests but cudnt order for even 1 .Even showercaps were not there in bathroom. We had to go to front desk to get them. Very bad. Thanks ..sorry.

Great staff and amenities

Liked: Excellent, friendly staff. The manager greeted me. All of the bistro staff were very nice. The maintenance person even helped me find a tiny screwdriver to fix my child's toy. The location along the river is beautiful. There's a firepit and fountain outside and a walking trail. It's close to Jantzen Beach shopping - just avoid rush hours.
Disliked: The pool was out of service for one day due to a burst pipe, but they fixed it surprisingly quickly.

Liked: I enjoyed the secure closed gate parking under the hotel and how convenient it was having the elevator take us right to our floor from the parking garage level. The view of the house boats across the way with an outside balcony was perfect.
Disliked: With all the good things that this hotel offers there's nothing that comes to mind that was negative. This is the first.

Liked: The location by the river and the courtyard with fire pit is nice.
Disliked: It was very dirty. In our room all the windows and mirrors had greasy hand prints on them and dirt. In the bathroom there were nasty pubes on the floor and pee spatter.. I would have left but it was late so we stuck it out for the one night. It was New Years Eve so I assumed some of the other hotel stayers would be celebrating but our hallway stunk strongly of cigarette smoke. The pool area was also dirty, garbage and dirt on the floors, soiled towels strewn everywhere and the water was cloudy. The staff were interesting characters but not very friendly or helpful. The location seemed nice enough but there are homeless tent communities in the neighbouring parks.
