Liked: Nice clean rooms, close to everything and Roseland Theater, which I was at for a concert.
Disliked: Only reason I wouldn't give this an excellent is because I asked to have a cab at 4am and they forgot to call it in. I had to be at the airport by 5am.

My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and treated wonderfully! Our room was very nice. The bed was so cozy - literally had the best sleep of my life! Overall, we found our stay to be quite enjoyable. I am sure we will be back again :)

Very uncomfortable, worn, old mattresses. You'd think for the price per room, the mattresses would be decent. Very disappointed. Won't be staying here again.
Disliked: The mattresses are very worn and very uncomfortable.

We chose this hotel because it was so close to a concert we were attending. I really liked the hotel - it was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. I was, however, a little uneasy about the neighborhood, especially at night. That being said, we would stay there again.
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It is in the heart of the city and the sirens kept us awake.

The directions were almost perfect and the valet service was great to have. In Portland $30 parking is great anyway. I loved the shower, as a big and tall person you do not always get that luxury. The breakfast room service was priced great and the food was plentiful and tasty. The Restaurant was a great place to eat. Definitely will stay there again. Great location.
Liked: Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows.
Disliked: The satellite reception on the TV was not great but why was I watching TV?

The hotel room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had dinner and drinks in the hotel restaurant and bar - the burgers were done to perfection and my wife enjoyed the drink suggested. The next morning, the girl at the front desk suggested going to Mother's Bar and Bistro for breakfast - she provided a map and directions. We will definitely be staying there again!
