It was very disappointing since...

Liked: The location and the cleaning staff.
Disliked: Several things: Staff not answering the phone, no hand soap or shower floor mat in the room. There was no tv remote in the room and it took the staff more than 2 hours, after several person to person requests to find one. Extra towels were requested at the front desk and were never delivered. We had to ask the cleaning ladies in the hallway for some, and they were very helpful and friendly. Some of the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the day we signed in.

Liked: Good location and comfortable rooms which were spacious.
Disliked: Rude staff member and slow service. Broken toilet whixh took hours to repair.

Perfect short stay in the...

Liked: A fantastic short break in the city for Wrestlemania, the staff, and hotel facilities were excellent and the location was perfect also just being 15 minutes outside the city center. We would definitely stay here again.Many thanks.
