Well maintained place but staff...

Liked: clean and worth the value
Disliked: The Staff is very rude. No greeting at all. probably not in a good mood. My name is long, the lady at the computer is not patient enough to look for my name on the computer for the room that I already booked and paid for. This is not the hospitality that any customer expects. We did stay with the family for one night. Not returning to this place.

Adequate for our one-night stay...

Liked: Room was clean. Location okay for our purposes (visiting family in the area).
Disliked: Ugly surroundings even by New Jersey standards: Costco on one side, future construction site on the other and some kind of industrial buildings next to that. Noisy A/C in the room. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. No hand soap provided for the bathroom sink. Way overpriced due to graduations at nearby colleges.

Liked: The hotel is quite new and the room is really good and modern.
Disliked: Service could have been better - called the front desk/ guest services at least 25 times (no one picked answered the phone) just to have someone respond to a query. Also the wait for the elevators is way too long.
