A fantastic, fun and enjoyable...

Liked: Lovely hotel, brilliant location, safe and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Used the leisure facilities in the morning and got beautiful coffee in the morning just beside reception which was fantastic. There was also a mini-market located beside reception for drink and snacks which was great also. Upon check-out the hotel staff helped hail a yellow cab which we really appreciated as we had appointment across town to get to on time. The lady on reception in the morning checking out also good fun and really chatty, her energy was brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting New York.

Enjoyed stay and would return...

Liked: The rooms were clean and spacious for Manhattan. Service was good. Housekeeping was courteous and prompt to accommodate.
Disliked: Some of the chairs at check in area appeared dirty. Love the location in proximity to Times Square and Port Authority. Not comfortable with the numerous loiters who are directly outside of hotel lining the sidewalk.

Great time, enjoined sightseeing, cruises,...

Liked: Location is perfect, middle of everything. You can walk to any part of Manhattan, taxi/ uber/ subway are all there.The entrance is through a small pathway from the street and immediately brings you from city crowds to calm/ welcoming atmosphere. Rooms was good, quiet so we can have good rest after busy day, clean, beds are comfortable.Price is reasonable for the location.
Disliked: We booked the rate with breakfast included, will skip it if we stay again. With so many option just steps away from hotel, the breakfast choice as very limited. We skipped it after second day.
