Liked: I loved that it was close to Hudson Yards, Starbucks, Daily Provisions and Russ and Daughters. Parking was also convenient
Disliked: The ice machines on the floor above and floor below weren't working.

Liked: I absolutely loved the fact that maid service made my bed and cleaned the room while I was out. So many hotels/motels have dropped this service.No breakfast included. However, I was able to buy (affordable) yogurt in the restaurant and couple it with coffee from the room. So no problem.Prior to leaving home, I explored transportation options from JFK. All were unreliable and expensive. Finally I called the hotel itself. They recommended a service--LUXE BLACK CAR--and booked me directly based on my intended arrival time at JFK. The car service monitored my arrival, so even though I was late, they were there for me. They guided me to the curbside pickup (not an easy feat in an unfamiliar airport). The return trip (same service) was punctual, efficient and professional. I can't speak highly enough of this service.
Disliked: Slow service at dinner. I was the only person in the restaurant and the waiter forgot about me for a while. The manager saw me and took my order. From there, it was fine. Friendly staff. Food was good.
