Great!
Liked: The staff was super friendly and make the check in and out process very easy and smooth. Also the location is awesome and the view from the room great!
Disliked: They clean out our room but left the cleaning towels on the floor and the bathroom wasn’t done correctly, like they forgot to finish the room.

Wonderful. Will stay again again...
Liked: Property was so clean, spacious, accommodating. Will for sure visit again no questions asked.
Disliked: The food at the restaurant wasn’t the best and expensive but it’s edible. Some options were better than others. The drinks were amazing and perfect.

Convenient location & 12pm check-out
Liked: The location is fantastic: loads of good restaurants around, a subway station and High Line nearby, plus quick access to the tunnel to New Jersey (especially useful if you need to get to Newark airport fast). The 12 pm check-out was also convenient.
Disliked: The room was clean, comfortable and stylish, with great views. However, for this pricetag, I was missing a few basic things like a kettle and ceramic mugs. There was a coffee machine in the room, but only paper cups were provided. It was especially odd since the hotel clearly pays attention to the details -- there was a champagne bucket and Book of Mormons, along with the Bible... but no kettle or mugs. ;) Otherwise, all great.

What you book is NOT...
Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: The two things we looked for when booking were Wi-Fi and a city view. When you book a city view room, you don't get one. The room they gave us faced another high-rise with zero view. Someone working in an office across the street literally waved to me. The manager was rude and unhelpful, and thought she was doing us a great favor by letting us choose from two other rooms with no city view. They told us that we need to book a higher-tier room to get a city view and that the PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS on this site are not correct and that the hotel and the general manager were aware of this. They kept blaming Booking and took zero responsibility. How about changing the room pictures and description? Or taking down the listing? Or emailing those who book these rooms, explaining there's a problem with the listing? The room itself was fine, but dark with inadequate lighting.
