Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Disliked: Didn't reply on booking and hung up my calls when I tried to ask about a bill overcharges.Extra charges:- 17$ for a restaurant service that I've never used - 8$ per day for some Visa expenses

Nice stay for the tourist...

Liked: The location is excellent, walking distance to Central Park and the Broadway theaters. The room was small, but very comfortable. I would stay there again.
Disliked: There is no bathroom amenities, except for shampoo and conditioner. Staying in Mariott, you expect to have something else, except of soup. Also, you need to ask for water every time when you need one in the reception. No water in the room.
