Bad

Liked: Dirty bathroom. Understaffed overpriced. Scary neighborhood. Do not stay here!!
Disliked: in a sacle of 1 to 10 a 1.

Unclean!!!

Liked: Bathroom had not been cleaned; filthy. There were footprints on bathroom floor and toilet paper in commode that lead me to believe that the toilet had not been . Hair on pillow covers
Disliked: Housekeeping and cleanliness violation of OSHA and CDC REQUIREMENTS

Pleasant

Liked: Staff made sure we had the rooms we wanted. Nice front staff.
Disliked: No bathroom fans. Hallways stunk because of it. While the lobby was clean and nice, everything else was run down. The staff of the bistro didn’t try very hard. Overpriced food for what you got, too.

side door access would'nt work...

Liked: was not complimentary. 1st stay in years at any property without free breakfast.
Disliked: property is old and needs updating

Passable

Liked: King bed comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was not offered, the restaurant was closed. I thought the breakfast was complementary but it wasn’t. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room was smaller than expected.

I will stay at this...

Liked: Lobby is nice and comfortable, multiple remote seating. Unfortunately the brisco bar was closed. The balcony view on each room was perfect. The king room was clean and spacious.
