Liked: Shuttle service to port for $10 per person
Disliked: My daughter and I arrived at the hotel after travelling for almost 24 hours. We were told that there were no rooms at the hotel and that they were organizing a room at another hotel a couple of blocks away. With 2 large suitcases and 3 bags, we had to walk down to this other hotel which was disappointing as it was not the hotel we booked. I deliberately booked a hotel with carpet on the floors but the hotel we moved to didn't have this and was quite dated. We were one of 3 groups that I know of moved to another hotel that night which was really annoying.
