Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only thing I could say I was not a fan of was the carpet needs to be deep cleaned. Our socks were very dirty from walking around the room. Everything else was clean and comfortable beds.

Liked: Wonderful Hotel, clean, and the staff was wonderful the only inconvenient thing was the parking they only offer Valet parking third party. No hotel parking. Breakfast was included which it was fantastic they offer really good breakfast ordered by menu but in the Bistro there is just one person taking the orders and one person in the kitchen. The pool was clean and nice.
Disliked: Parking and Amount of employees in the Bistro Cafe

I enjoyed my stay

Liked: The breakfast was nice, but I would've liked more variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was well maintained.
Disliked: The parking was too expensive so I did not use it. The TV seemed to randomly return to the home screen without my prompting it even in the middle of a movie or show.

Liked: The location is good for shopping
Disliked: There’s no restaurants nearby and the prices they promote in Booking.com are not what you pay at the hotel. You have to make sure they have parking because when you leave they charge you over $30 per day for parking. I travel to Miami frequently and I would recommend the other hotels because they honor their prices. I would not use Booking.com. I rather use Priceline.com for best rates.
