Liked: Left to early to evaluate breakfast.
Disliked: The room only had mirrors in the bathroom which made it very difficult fot more that on person at a time to get ready. Would suggest putting a mirror in the actual room portion whether it be on the wall or inside a closest door to benefit the ease of getting ready in a timely manner.

We loved it.
Liked: The room, the view, the staff, the cleanliness, the beds, the shampoo, the towels. Etc.

Liked: Great flatbread at the bistro with excellent service. Easy airport access.
Disliked: Rooms tired and worn. Bistro furniture battered and dirty.

Nice location and comfy bed....
Liked: location and cleanliness of property. Comfy bed
Disliked: I was told on the phone 2 weeks before my arrival I could purchase a Park and Fly through a 3rd party booking agency that I am a member of. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that could not be done and that park and fly costs $30 more than what I paid. I requested they charge the difference on my card and they refused to do so. There only solution was to cancel my booking and rebook direct. Now keep in mind, it's 9pm and I was there to sleep before a 4:30am flight and was already stressed about that, but having to figure out how to cancel my already booked room was no fun. Why couldn't the hotel just charge a misc. fee and resolve the issue easy and fast. Too much of this not allowing people to think and use their brain has got to be stopped. I was told by the night manager that they used to be able to charge the extra, but that was stopped a month before my stay. This tells me this type of thing happens more frequently than one would think, but corporate doesn't trust an employee to make a customer happy.

Liked: Breakfast good and fast and shuttle to airport great
Disliked: Someone's eyeglasses were left under the bedding at foot of bed. Startled me when my foot touched them.

Our stay was good and...
Liked: The breakfast was very good. The portions were just right.
Disliked: This has to do with dinner at the Bistro. The food was ok. The waitress was slow, however it was not her fault. She appeared to be working by herself. By that I mean she was not only waitress but preparing the meals too. It would be nice to see a hotel chain of this size give another person a job.
