We would definitely return!

Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant, courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The location is great as it is within walking distance (2 minutes) to the River Hills Mall. The lobby area is welcoming. The food was great.

Disliked: I asked for a room far from elevator since I am sensitive to noise. I was far from elevator, but facing the highway. I woke 3 times in the night to wedding guests, children running the halls, and highway noise. The manager did not refund my stay

Overall pleased with our stay.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: There was no view. We were over the entrance and saw only roof. And for a 3 day stay, we certainly wish we were given a different room.

Bad

Disliked: I spent 8 nights in the hotel and not once did I get room service (cleaning,etc). I was told upon checking that room service was limited to every 3 nights due to Covid protocols,which I understood but not once the cleaning staff came to my room. I asked a cleaning lady why was no body coming to clean my room and she said that I was supposed to schedule and that my room was not on her list. I would not return to this hotel.

Decent hotel with nice staff

Liked: Location was good to everywhere in Mankato but it?s a small town so everywhere was within 10-15 minNice staff. Decent room for the price.
Disliked: Toilet doesn?t flush well. There is a water restrictor in tank. Had to flush multiple times to clear toilet paper defeating purpose of saving water. There were some bugs in bathroom and one time a spider was spotted in bed. Need exterminator to correct.
