Liked: The bed was the only exception to the entire stay.
Disliked: We called multiple times about the pool, as my daughter who is terminal really wanted to swim. Never was it disclosed that the pool heater was broken as the pool it self was a solid 50 degrees. Ice cold not swimable. The air conditioner unit leaked every where having the floor soaking wet. There was hairs in the bedding, & in the shower. The shower was a nasty mess, body wash container was empty. The television worked when it wanted as far as getting stuck and not changing channels etc.
