Disliked: It needs refreshing or renovation, we had breakfast included but actually we could only order a very small limited breakfast from the menu as normally breakfast is to be paid, kind of like outsourced, was very strange. We could not order again anything. Process was very bad, although the food was good.

Would most likely use again.

Liked: The staff was very courteous and helpful. My room was clean and well organized.
Disliked: The decision to move away from the buffet breakfast seemed to upset several other guests. It seems like a deterrent rather than a true measure to enhance the experience.

Disliked: Bartender made my old-fashioned with a ton of simple syrup! Had to buy another neat whiskey just to offset the sweetness. She's not very friendly and didn't understand my simple questions. Bed could stand to be updated.
