Very good

Liked: The room was nice and clean but next time I have to book a large room, it was kind of small.
Disliked: Bought a breakfast burrito and it was way overprice and not good for $13.

Relaxing, enjoyable.

Liked: The atmosphere is comfortable & welcoming. The front desk staff so helpful & cheery. The view from our room of the city was awesome.
Disliked: Google directions to the hotel were not very good. LOL

Great stay.

Liked: The location is great. The highway to downtown or Zona Rosa is right there. There's a nice little strip across the way with restaurants and other things. The check in was nice and easy. Most importantly the hotel was clean.

Overall, positive although somewhat disappointing.

Liked: The biggest factor in choosing this hotel was the pool and the hot tub which were not functional during our stay. We didn’t plan any evening activities because we dedicated that time to the pool for our kids. Additionally, I thought I read that this location came with a complimentary breakfast (I could be mistaken) but it did not. A few inconveniences in the rooms (lights not working). The staff was very friendly. They were accommodating to my request for rooms near each other which was a huge bonus for my family. I loved the bar option and the bartender was great!
Disliked: The pool and the hot tub were broken. The bathtub’s water stopper was broken. Minor but we had small children we were trying to entertain with a bath since the pool was down.

Great place to stay!

Liked: The staff were professional and kind. The room was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious.
Disliked: Not really a problem, but we went to the bar about 5:15 to have a drink, and the lady was still counting the register. It wasn't open yet and three other parties were waiting, so we left to go somewhere else.
