Bad mattress, no fresh towels

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Severely inadequate housekeeping and painfully hard mattress. We arrived on Sunday, 11/19/23 for a 5 night stay till Friday, 11/24/23, and were informed by front desk staff housekeeping service was restricted to every other day. We only got housekeeping one time the entire week, meaning no fresh towels. When I requested fresh toweling at front desk on Thursday, 11/23/23, was told no fresh towels were available because housekeeping never came in. No concessions were offered or made. We’ve stayed at this hotel for three consecutive years, but no longer.
