Disliked: Booked on line and never got to stay here someone charged my card but when I arrived the front desk lady said I need to pay agin

Liked: Nothing, I thought, area was good, so with brand name, hotel will be good too, but construction at the entrance, location, nothing was good.
Disliked: Rooms are really out dated, peeling of wallpaper, old carpet, old non functional bathroom faucet, non functional pool, poorly maintained gym, and recreational areas. It feels like 1950 motels.Hardly able to stay 2 days. even after proper checking out, I was charged for 4 days, I had called so many times to hotel , to get refund, eventually I Have to involve Booking.com to get my refund, I have to send my check out invoice to hotel to get my refund.. something is seriously wrong in that hotel.My two cents stay away from this hotel.

Liked: We loved the location and proximity to alot of the places we visited. It was clean, and overall, a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing.
Disliked: It was a little too warm at night.

Liked: There was no breakfast. Bar wasn’t even open. The lady told me I would have to “catch her because she likes to leave work early” this hotel did not meet my expectations.
Disliked: The room was not clean. Stains all on the floor and towels weren’t clean. Called down to front desk to get more and a lady answered and put me on hold. She never came back or even bothered to call back. The hotel was not 3 star and as pictured.

Liked: Apart from the property being in the center of the city, which is nice, the area the property was situated wasn’t.
Disliked: the male staff there at the reception wasn’t nice and accommodating when I arrived at the middle of the night. I feel like he was racist. But the ladies I met when I was checking in was very polite and respectful.
