Liked: The location was excellent to view the solar eclipse as it was next to the park, and the location near the river was very nice. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was quite helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was good but the price was quite high. For the price of the hotel, I felt they should have free breakfast. The room was quite small as well.

Disliked: Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor was not thoroughly cleaned and room carpet was a bit worn/older looking.

Liked: Location was perfect for our needs. The lobby was very nice and staff was helpful and kind.
Disliked: The room was small and the beds need new mattresses. Also the ac/heat unit was very loud whenever it came on.
