I probably won't stay again since I'm so upset about the hassle of getting these charges off my credit card for nothing! I had paid for my room in full and would have paid cash for any incidentials so I'm very upset that my card has been charged. That's not right! I was told the night I rented the movie that it was cancelled and the charge would be taken off - it wasn't. Then when I checked out I again asked about it and was told it would be taken off - it still hasn't been taken off!

Liked: Clean, friendly.
Disliked: Very upset that I had to put $40 charge on card for incidentals when I checked in and it's still on my card. Also rented a movie but when I saw it was $16.99 I called down to desk and cancelled immediately - charge is still on my card!

Overall despite all the problems...

Liked: The rooms were modern except for lack of a microwave. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Loved the shower, except when it flooded.
Disliked: The first room had a dirty toilet, someones leftover diarrhea. Second room the shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom. They were supposed to call us and let us know when the shower was fixed so we could return to our room but they left us hanging and never received a call. There was NO microwave. The TV channel selection was lacking. The coffee maker was terrible and tasted like old funky water. I paid for breakfast for the 3 days but never saw or was informed as to where it was located.
