Liked: My plane was delayed a day due to a snow storm. The staff were willing to book me another night at my original night's discounted rate. That was very kind of them. We appreciated that.

Liked: Comfortable beds, good location.
Disliked: There was a disturbance, guests fighting and screaming in the hall and then in their room. Called the front desk multiplentimea and no one would answer. Odd. In the morning, we discussed with the Mgr. They apologized and reduced our bill. Would rathered that the situation was taken care of. Made us very on easy and uncomfortable.
