Aaron greeted us warmly and recommended an amazing nearby restaurant; check in was super easy; room was exactly as pictured and expected; much privacy; highly recommend if you're seeing a show at Five Points!

Liked: Staff; restaurants nearby; super clean; balcony.

Liked: bed was company.
Disliked: the tubs was small the hot tub looked dirty and wasn't warm enough and the pool was not heated like I was told.

Liked: Location-close to shopping and sports facility for our volleyball tournament
Disliked: When we went into our room-there was a portable fan/heater on the floor-drying the carpet??!!No mention that we should expect this by the front desk personnel.StrangeSlow & small elevators
