Liked: Couldn’t not get a
Disliked: With PREPAID room I was REFUSED to be checked-in despite could pay security deposit with my VISA/MC! First time in my business/private life!!!! DON’t GO there! I AM CHECKING TO SUE SUCH BEHAVIOR!

Disliked: Lounge and restaurant have great views but could be more intimate and comfortable. Parking is a bit of a circus.

Liked: Accessible parking and near to Canada Place. Friendly staff especially the front desk supervisor Gamande. She solves my little problem about the parking fees.
