The rooms were large and...
Liked: Thanks to the help of Kevin Smith we got our reservation issue worked out. I had reserved 4 king rooms for 8 people through booking.com. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2 rooms. It was very confusing because I had also booked 4 rooms for 9 days later, also through booking.com. They did the same with that reservation. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2. We cancelled all 8 rooms and rebooked through the hotel. Kevin helped me talk to booking.com to explain what happened and tell them I should not be penalized for their errors. Booking.com was supposed to email the hotel to confirm this. Kevin gave me his business card and said he would work with me until the issue got resolved.
Disliked: We had to leave before the restaurant opened for breakfast but had dinner there the night before. We were a group of 8 which was a little much for the amount of staff there. So we did not all get our meals at the same time. If fact one person did not get his until all the others were done.

Tre James made my experience...
Liked: Let me praise one of your employees: Tre James. I'm an early riser, so when I'm in hotels, I often talk to overnight desk staff, as I am in search of coffee. Tre and I spoke at length the first morning I was at the hotel. As a former network TV correspondent who travelled worldwide for 30 years, I've met uncountable numbers of people... and hotel staff. Tre is an exceptional young man, with worthy ambition. I urge you to give him every possible opportunity to elevate himself to greater responsibility within your hotel family. Liked: Good location
Disliked: Maybe one of the very few hotels which charges a parking fee. Every hotel offers free coffee even in the afternoon. Here is a Starbucks and they Charge 15 bucks for 2 Midsize coffees.....come on guys.anyway after a few stays here I will look for another hotel.

Liked: It had a decent location and not too crowded
Disliked: I didn’t get a password for the internet. Wasn’t as cleaned as expected. And too pricey for the quality.
