Worth the cost!

Liked: They had a van for transporting back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic!
Disliked: A very nice facility and great location

The staff was very helpful...

Liked: The facility was located next to a medical center where I went for a procedure. Free shuttle services were offered which helped take away some of the stress.

Very comfortable, but not cozy.

Liked: Breakfast was weird. Not sure if we were in a coffee shop or a restaurant. We ordered coffee and tea, since the coffee facilities in our room did not include a kettle but only a machine with very limited options. We also ordered oatmeal, which turned out to be cooked specially for us (Starbucks usually has an instant cup option) in enormous portions. But it was ok when it eventually came, and the staff were very nice. At 10am on a Saturday morning the place was deserted.
Disliked: Selfserve breakfast would have been way more efficient for us.

Disliked: The cancellation policy was very bad.
