Convenience at its best

Liked: Convenience. Very near to train station Oerlikon about 500m away. If one doesn't want to walk there are bus stops right outside the hotel that can take you to train station, airport, etc. There is a supermarket across and a cafe wherein all basic needs are available.
Disliked: Very minor thing. I have to call for toiletries to be refilled twice, since it was missed during cleanup of the rooms. Other than that everything is smooth.

Liked: Hotel was clean. However, they put us next to stairs and elevators. The mount for the shower glass was broken and dangerous. I fell. They said my breakfast was free but they charged me for it and the price was price gouging- more than 3 times the regular rate.
Disliked: See above. Price gouging, charged for breakfast when it should have been free, dangerous shower caused me to fall, noisy room next to stairs and elevator.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Rooms were a little smaller than expected, however similar to other parts of Europe. Conveniently located and walkable from the SBB station at Oerlikon. Breakfast was very good with variety of food options, vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Disliked: Mattresses were a little lumpy, probably require change. Airconditioning in the room was erratic - would wake up 2-3 times in the night by very warm conditions whereas room would be cold when going to sleep.
