For the price I paid...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice
Disliked: I expected a lot more for the price I paid - the hotel was not in the centre of Zurich which wasn't reflected in the price, there was limited toiletries in the bathroom, for the 2 nights I was there my towels were not changed, no milk for coffee and tea, the cups for hot drinks were paper cups, no towelling robe.
