Courtyard by Marriott York

I was greeted with a smile and everyone was so polite. My room was clean and the building was beautiful. The service was great! Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: I would definitely come back.

It was ok, and again...

Liked: I like the location of the hotel, and parking.
Disliked: The hotel room wasn’t that clean especially the bathroom where the shower was. When entering the room there wasn’t enough towels, wash cloths, or toilet paper.

Liked: Property was clean. The bistro, their chef was amazing . Very friendly and breakfast she made for us was great!
Disliked: Staff was decent. When we checked in , it was pretty late so what can really go wrong. We drove 21/2 hours to stay there. Had something to attend near by. Before leaving the area realized my son had left his pillow in the room. I called the hotel twice, and still left without his pillow, after being told they would check with housekeeping.theres no way it was thrown out. This was BEFORE our check out time!

Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: I was charged $111 by the hotel for my room, after I had already fully paid on booking.com. When I called to dispute, I was ignored.

Liked: I love it i was so happy i felt like i was home

Bad

Disliked: There were no soap in bathroom and they didn`t bring despite requested from frontdesk. They charged me 2 times and didn`t adjust despite many calls and email. Finally I solved through my bank.

It was okay!

Liked: That a-least that allowed us to go the hotel next to them to swim and there pool was bigger and better. Will booked that location the next time.
Disliked: That the pool was out of service. Was told it needed a pump

Definetly Recommend to Anyone staying...

Liked: Room was clean, bathroom was clean with fresh towels also room was very warm and inviting.
Disliked: Hot tub was cold.
