Decent stay with a few...

Liked: Property seemed clean and within a good location.
Disliked: During our stay, I went to get ice from the ice machine located on the floor and to my surprise it wasn’t working. Out of five floors only 1 machine was operating. Just seemed like no one is checking because it was a simple button press to get them to start. To make matters worse on our second night we couldn’t get into our room. Had to wait about 15min until someone from the front desk actually showed up to voice our issue. After 3 room key resets they deemed it was the door lock software. Having then to wait more than an hour for a maintenance man to come and tell us that they can’t currently do the job because they need a manager to unlock the door to door reset device.

Disliked: Swimming pool opens only after five pm I don’t know what’s the reason but I was very disappointed. My kids wanna swim about noon time but it was close

Liked: no breakfast and the starbucks was closed when we arrived and had very little for breakfast. The kitchen was closed.

Disliked: I paid for 2 rooms and the second traveler’s flights out of Texas were canceled that day because of Newark airport issues. Marriott did not offer any credit or refund on prepaid reservations.

Price and location good

Liked: Close to highway to get into the city. Nice to have the cafe and the front staff was very friendly
Disliked: Bed was overdue for replacement (more uncomfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed at) and facility seemed like it needed a good cleaning; the elevator carpet especially was bad.
