Very good
Liked: Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Very noisy due to people staying above us but that's out of the hotel's control.
Disliked: We checked out early and I still haven't gotten my deposit back ($50 per night)

Good shower and sleep.
Liked: Clean room and location of hotel
Disliked: Restaurant was closed, bar was in shortage of spirits and barman didn't have enough knowledge to qualify him as a bartender. Breakfast included in the price of the room is very poor, one choice of food and one choice of drink. So if you would like to have fruits or some water with your coffee you have to pay for them.

Liked: Very clean facility, the staff and manager were beyond professional and understanding. They went the extra mile to ensure my family was taken care of. I needed them during a time of crisis and they were amazing

Decent stay with a few...
Liked: Property seemed clean and within a good location.
Disliked: During our stay, I went to get ice from the ice machine located on the floor and to my surprise it wasn’t working. Out of five floors only 1 machine was operating. Just seemed like no one is checking because it was a simple button press to get them to start. To make matters worse on our second night we couldn’t get into our room. Had to wait about 15min until someone from the front desk actually showed up to voice our issue. After 3 room key resets they deemed it was the door lock software. Having then to wait more than an hour for a maintenance man to come and tell us that they can’t currently do the job because they need a manager to unlock the door to door reset device.
