Liked: The hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant. And it was a short walk to the DCU Center.

Disliked: Charged me $15 for parking while others in my group were not!!!

Despite the parking issue and...

Liked: I added the breakfast plan to my stay. There is no signage to say that you can order off of a menu. When I came down, the area looked like the breakfast was over and cleaned up. I didn’t ask because in most hotels with breakfast, when its cleaned up then it’s over. The following day, i asked why isn’t the food still out., They said, we don’t do buffet, you use the menu. It made me frustrated because I wasted the money from the previous morning, as I didn’t get to eat. It should be clearly stated upon check in that you order off of the menu and that it is not buffet.
Disliked: I didn’t like having to pay $15 per night for parking. There wasn’t enough parking and my second night the front desk instructed me to park in the handicap parking space which was uncomfortable as nobody in my party was handicapped.

Rude service

Liked: Lobby area was very neat and clean. Room was nice and clean but over priced.
Disliked: The person who checked me in was not very hospitable. Another person at the front was very rude when we asked to buy snacks. And made us feel like they were too busy and we were jerks for asking about the snacks. Also we had to pay for parking. I've never stayed at a hotel and had to pay to park in their parking lot. It was not even a garage.

Disliked: Parking was atrocious. Cars parked in a non parking space. Cars parked in white stripped area next to handicapped parking space. Vehicle license plate number was not ask for at check in.
