Superb

Liked: Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. And we arrived late in the day, and front desk held the room. Also, the Bistro worker (Melissa or Michelle) was closing but kept open to prepare soup and a sandwich. she was really appreciated
Disliked: seems like many hotels are doing away with free breakfasts. Coffee was free, but breakfast sandwiches were about $10 apiece. Despite expense, were well done.

The hotel front desk woman...

Liked: The coffee was good and the gentleman who was serving the coffee was nice. I showed up 5 minutes after 10 am and he was kind enough to serve me coffee after the 10 am cut off.
Disliked: For some odd reason someone banged on my door 303 at 3:30 am waking me up. I got up and looked through the peep hole and they had the wrong room. Twenty minutes later security told that same room to pipe down as they were making so much noise.

Love it and will book...

Liked: It was very convenient and extremely comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast not free but they do have a restaurant

Liked: It was a clean environment, I like the bar and grill was very nice.
Disliked: They didn’t have the free breakfast.
