Overall, a great stay.

Liked: Hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Due to some issues with the credit card machine, it took a very long time to check in and check out. Even when checking out there was a prolonged delay. Perhaps having somone else available to step in and help out especially with the challenges of the card machine not working. The staff member working the front desk was very polite during the ordeal but it did take a long time.

The courtyard scammed me and...

Liked: Scammers those Indian people ask for all of my car information and I willingly gave it to them to check in my room. They charge my card five different amounts five different times I called the police. These people are scammers.
Disliked: They charge my card more than five times which is very unacceptable and it is credit card Fraud they lied and said that they smelled smoke in the room and that they had evidence I called the police and filed a police report

If more options had been...

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: The AC WAS NOT WORKING. Room was warm and humid had a musty smell. Repair came and changed out unit.Keys would haphazardly not work.
