Liked: Very clean and we really liked the Bistro. We ate there twice for dinner. The staff was friendly, and food was very good.
Disliked: we liked everything!

Exactly as expected.

Liked: Kitchen staff on the first night was magnificent. Attentive and prepared my food to perfection. It took about 10 minutes to receive it. The second night staff seemed unable to give the same level of service. Food was still good despite the 30+ minute wait.
Disliked: I stay exclusively at this hotel every visit. I do so because the front desk staff is amazing and the rooms are very clean.

Liked: Front Desk Staff were very welcoming. Lisa, was engaging, answering all of my questions. Room was clean and spacious. The Lobby Bistro late hours made us very happy; we didn't have to leave late night to grab something to eat.
Disliked: No complaints. Great experience.
