Bad

Disliked: When I arrived at the property on Thursday 19th June at roughly 10:30pm at night I was unable to be booked in because of a 'computer issue'. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing was resolved. I asked to cancel my booking as I had my children with me and needed to get them into a hotel room. The book was not cancelled and I have been charged for a room I did not use because I couldn't be checked in!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Arrived to be told they gave my room away. I’m receiving this email asking for my review BUT was told they had no contact info to notify me that I wasn’t going to be staying there. No compensation offered for the inconvenience of not being downtown.

Overall bad and expensive experience....

Liked: Very dirty with construction going on, should be closed during construction. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Staff at desk not to friendly. I asked for a complimentary bottle of water and they said, " the gift bags are not for "regular" members.
Disliked: See aboveThe food was good but very overpriced! The server was very nice. Parking was 16.50Also tub surface very slippery and no mat or grab rails, very dangerous.

Disliked: I did not get to stay at the hotel. I arrived after a 2 hour drive only to be told that the hotel was over booked and I was sent to another hotel that they said was 7 minutes away. The other hotel was actually 15 minutes from my event and was dirty and nasty.
