Liked: Rooms was nice
Disliked: No tv during the stay and was told the Internet was working and it wasn't

Liked: The pool was nice. Food at the facility. Nice and clean

Liked: The location was perfect because it was close to Busch Gardens and Water Country and was set back in a quiet street.
Disliked: The housekeeping offered was just a "refresh" meaning clean towels and empty trash every other day.

Liked: The location was close to. us h Gardens.
Disliked: There were renovations occurring and it was very inconvenient. The water was ice cold for our showers and the water pressure was so awful. We woke up at 4:12 a.m. to a room that was 91 degrees and lying in pools of sweat. The air conditioner was broken and was blowing heat. We tried to adjust it but it wouldn’t budge. No one was available to help us at this time or 7:00 a.m. It was missable packing in the heat and started our day off on the wrong foot. I am so disappointed with my stay and would like a full refund.
