Liked: We used the same hotel in Salt Lake City which included breakfast, but this property doesn’t offer this deal. I did
Disliked: From Internet we did the reservation and checked in. But we were assigned a very noisy room which has 2 air condition out units nonstop making noise from front window, It seems they gave unpleasant room to customers who checked in first.

Liked: Location was near the venue.
Disliked: 1.The shower was clogged from hair left in the drain. 2. Maintenance entered the room upon arrival and left once they realized the room was occupied. 3. The ac in the room did not get cooler than 75° even when set at 70. 4. Bugs crawling in between the windows...

Liked: Location was very convenient for my needs.
Disliked: The hotel was nice. There is no restaurant. You can buy a prepared meal and they will heat it up for you, but it’s not a restaurant. My tv in the room did not work but the front desk was nice enough to change my room. My room was clean but the bathroom had been lightly cleaned. The towels were changed but the toilet and sink had been forgotten.

Disliked: found potato wedges around the queen bed from previous guests, phone chargers did not work near the beds, they put is next to a floor with loud guests sreaming running through the halls and staff said they might not be quiet. we asked to move to another room and did not even at check out ask how was our stay. we stayed 2 nights and first night was loud in hallways and staff didnt seem to care

Love the rooms.

Liked: Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the walk in shower design was very roomy and easy to use. I really appreciate how the fridge and microwave was tucked away in its own cabinet.
Disliked: I had trouble getting my gaming console connected to the TV. Partner and I spent 10 minutes figuring out that the HDMI cable needs to be connected to the black box against the wall and not the TV itself. Once we figured that out, everything operated very smoothly.
