Courtyard by Marriott Wichita Falls

It was OK at best

Liked: There was no free breakfast. They did have a bistro they were trying to get open about 7:30.
Disliked: I booked a room with two queen beds. The room I was given (426) had one queen bed and an alleged fold out sofa. The sofa was not in the room and the only existing chair did not fold out. The lady that checked me into the hotel was wrong about that.

Bad

Disliked: I was billed twice

Disappointing

Disliked: Bathroom was non functional

Exceptional

Clean comfy room, rude staff

Liked: Comfy, clean room with well maintained hot tub
Disliked: Check in staff were rude and unwelcoming, they struggled to find my reservation and handled it poorly

Wish we would've stayed longer...

Liked: Our stay at Courtyard was great and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I did see some rust build up in the bathroom up around the ceiling area but overall it was clean.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff at the hotel were beyond cheerful, helpful and kind upon arrival. Staff members upon coming across always spoke and ask if there was anything they could do for us.
Disliked: Nothing....everything was great

The room was very comfortable....

Liked: Very good breakfast burrito
Disliked: The elevator was a little scary. it made an awful squeaking sound on doorsand when it went up and down.

The hotel is clean, but...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Room had a strong smell of bleach. While we appreciate the cleanliness, this never went away over the entire night of our stay. It was not pleasant.It was loud. The walls and door do not block sound well at all. Our room was beside the elevator. We heard every conversation clearly.
