The hotel is clean, but...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Room had a strong smell of bleach. While we appreciate the cleanliness, this never went away over the entire night of our stay. It was not pleasant.It was loud. The walls and door do not block sound well at all. Our room was beside the elevator. We heard every conversation clearly.

Liked: Location next to river walk, but no view from room
Disliked: Says there was a restaurant but just a bar to order minimal food. Breakfast inedible even Starbucks coffee not drinkable, the staff needs to go to Starbucks for re-training

The staff were outstanding!!

Liked: Facilities were excellent.
Disliked: The mattress was terrible, like sleeping on a board!
