The hotel needs to be...

Liked: Bedroom was good. Shower had lots of hot water. Some staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Clerk when we tried to check in early was surly. Bedroom was never made up. Shower towel smelled oily. I gave the hotel my credit card on-line for fast check-in. I had to give it again when we actually arrived and then I was asked for it a third time on check-out. Not a good way to assure your credit card security. No free breakfast.

Liked: I loved the housekeeper we had. Spanish older lady. She is a WONDERFUL cleaner. Our room was spotless and she was a sweetheart.
Disliked: I did not like that I could not check in gor hours due to the system being down. No one offered extra points or offered an apology. I did not like the front desk staff. Especially the older lady that worked at night. VERY, VERY rude. There was also a young lady that couldn't answer ANY questions. I asked about housekeeping and she didn't even reach out to them to help me. I wanted to leave a tip for my housekeeper, but I wanted to make sure she was cleaning my room the day we left. So that the wrong person didn't get the tip. NO HELP AT ALL. I would ONLY come back because of the housekeeper I had. They rooms were super clean, but super small for the price.
