Liked: The hotel and the staff was very nice, but were unable to control the noise that went on TWO NIGHTS outs of the three that i stayed.
Disliked: The staff did not control the amount of noise coming from the hallways and above. Their were kids running up and down the hall. I did not sleep more than 3 hours on Friday night and less than that on Saturday. The amount of yelling, running, and people yelling were so loud and did not stop either night until after 2:00 a.m.!

Disliked: Booked online and when I checked in the price went up a bit then when I checked out it went up more. Don't really understand how/why

Stay

Liked: Clean comfortable
Disliked: Kept getting lost GPS couldn't direct us to the exit. Everytime we left we had difficulty getting back.

Hotel was very nice and...

Liked: Nice clean lobby..very well lit and nicely set up.Good was really nice…bathroom a little dirty but overall room was nice.
Disliked: Bathroom overall was less to be desired. Toilet looks plastic and shower smelled like mold a bit.

It was ok.

Liked: Nice spacious lobby with tvs. Back patio looked nice. Pleasant staff. Free parking. Close to mall with restaurants/shops. AC worked well in the room.
Disliked: No included continental breakfast or coffee, which many competitors offer. The gym did not have any wipes/sanitizer to wipe equipment down. Gym was also very warm/AC was lacking. We had ants by coffee machine in our room. Ice machine not working on Second Floor (did not check other floors).
