Exceptional

Great until the last day...

Liked: I like that it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I like that there was a restaurant and bar.
Disliked: The restaurant apparently only had one cook and he didn’t show up on Sunday so when I ordered a breakfast platter I was told I could have a bagel, what?! The Asian woman that was there wasn’t even apologetic about it. She was very matter of fact. Also my wife was made to wait almost 15min for clean towels at the front desk because there was only one person working and he couldn’t be bothered to simply grab the towels that took him 10 seconds to give my wife when she got to the front of the line… yet he took the same ten seconds for another woman that didn’t want to wait on line to pay at the market store, he stopped what he was doing, to her payment and then went to the people on line. What was the difference between what he did for that woman and what he could’ve done for my wife? Ridiculous. When he was asked about it his response was “I would’ve had to leave the front desk.” But that’s exactly what he did anyway. Thanks a lot Mohamed.

Excellent. We will return and...

Liked: The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent.

Bad

Liked: Property was dirty not clean
Disliked: Stuff was rude when you ask them to to please clean room

Pleasant

Liked: The workers were great- and the stay wasn't their fault. But they need better connection to someone who can actually do something.
Disliked: The rooms on the second floor are so unbelievably humid, with no way of circulating new air. There was a fan in the bathroom that just didn't work at all. The elevator kept breaking. The maids came in to clean and left all the dirty glasses. Not worth the money.
