Rough night definitely not worth...

Liked: Location was perfect the front desk lady was amazing
Disliked: The first room was dirty and smelt like drugs trash in the garbage sofa was broken so she gave me a different room and it was clean yet run down the air filter in the ac needed to be changed it was nasty stains on the sofa an bed sheets

Liked: The lady who checked us in
Disliked: I checked out a night before my initial check out date because there was insects in the room. House keeping also did not clean my the room , and when it was cleaned it wasn’t properly done

Poor

Disliked: The room they gave us was horrible. Every night, we heard drag racing, loud music, and sirens. The food was cold and not prepared well. On the 2nd and 3rd nights, the bathroom sink leaked, and when we asked for a different room, they said they were completely booked, so I asked for house keeping to come and clean the bathroom and bring us fresh towels. A gentleman showed up sprayed some stuff, and the floor was sticky for 3 days. It just was a horrible experience.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, but pillows too soft. Shower good except can not control the volume so the full blast flow stings a bit. View from city side not bad... view from interstate side ugly.
Disliked: Air condition (VERY LOUD) sounds like a plan taking off such that I did not use it. Front desk (condescending) not accommodating to my room change needs. Extremely loud air conditioner that I rather not even use it. Heat did not work. Oo wall thermostat not working. Refrigerator has not been defrosted in ages with huge slab of ice which took ups 1/4 or the useable space.

Liked: TAY WASHINGTON WAS AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND. I HAD MY PASSPORT STOLEN AND HAD BEEN STAYING IN A PLACE WITH A SHOWER THAT WAS ACTUALLY A DRIBBLE AND HAD NO REAL SLEEP FOR DAYS. I TURNED UP AND ALL I HAD WAS A BUS PASS FROM SCOTLAND AND A BANK CARD. SHE ALLOWED ME TO STAY AND I MANAGED TO GET A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP AND A BATH AND SHOWER. I WAS SO GREATEFUL.THANK YOU TAY.
Disliked: The free tv PLUTO did not work and was just a bunch of pixels
