I would appreciate an alternative to $33 a day valet parking. They also needed another staff on valet. It took too long to have my car brought to me. Staff was super friendly. Room was bright and comfy. Needs a mirror in the main room though.

Liked: Friendly staff; lively decor; easy access to transportation
Disliked: Excessive parking fees; not enough valets.

Liked: Location was great and staff at valet and luggage hold were very friendly and helpful. The lady who assisted with check in was also very helpful and had great energy.
Disliked: Bath tub drain was extremely slow

We enjoyed our time!

Other Courtyard hotels are better.

Liked: The room was clean and location of the hotel was great. It was near the Metro station. There is also 7-11 and subway nearby which was convenient for us.
Disliked: Having stayed in a couple of Courtyard hotels, the room was small for 3 people.The staff aren't the best. I checked with a receptionist and I was promised breakfast. However, after going to the breakfast station, I was denied entry. After checking with another receptionist, they mentioned I was not entitled to any breakfast.
