It was a great stay....

Liked: I loved the staff. They were so friendly and willing to help us. Naya and Reynard were exceptional when interacting with us - a warm smile and a warm conversation made my stay there so much better.
Disliked: The breakfast was too basic. The coffee was 'ok'. The dinner menu was nothing to get excited about. When sitting to the bar, having to watch the bartender run back and forth to cook in the kitchen took away from the bar experience.The room could use a darkening shade, as the lights from outside shone in our room all night. The in room coffee maker could use updating.

Disliked: The room , lack of the wardrobe, room was not cleaned daily and even the other day cleaning one had to request

Passable

Disliked: The blanket on the bed had a stain on it. The sheets smelled and the room smelled damp. The window looked out onto what looked like employee parking, which was the ground floor which did not feel safe. There was valet parking, but they parked our car on the street and then charged us $50 which was ridiculous. I could have done that myself for free.

Exceptional

Liked: Quiet. Easy check in and out. Great breakfast and coffee.
Disliked: Expensive
