Located close to attractions, but...

Liked: The location was great for our family. We used the Metro or walked to all the destinations we toured. The valet service was friendly and fairly priced. When we were ready to leave the car was there in minutes. The rooms were clean and the staff was overall friendly.

Disliked: Safebox didn’t work - although we asked someone to fix it, the 4 days we were there didn’t work.Breakfast was supposed to be included through booking. When we arrived we realised that it was coupons that we spent Location was ok - in a nice neighbourhood but not so central as we expected

Overall a very good stay...

Liked: I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was comfortable, The bed was super cozy. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.
Disliked: The TV in my room didn’t work. I informed the front desk, and they quickly brought a new remote, but unfortunately, that didn’t fix the issue. No further accommodations or solutions were offered—just a vague, “We’ll look into it,” which was a little disappointing. Also, the hotel was very loud around 3 AM, making it hard to sleep. The elevator on the left-hand side was a bit concerning—it kept jumping and felt like it might get stuck. Definitely something that should be checked for safety.Lastly, the valet service are fast talkers so be cautious. Despite these hiccups, the hotel is in a great location, the staff were generally friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I’d still consider staying again, especially if the above issues are addressed.
