Exceptional

Liked: Very nice hotel with friendly staff and cleanliness was of high standard. I was particularly satisfied with having vegan options at breakfast. Fitness center is very well-equipped.
Disliked: During our stay we spent some time in the wellness area. We enjoyed the sauna and the sreamroom, however we would have liked to be able to soak in a jacuzzi or hot tub.

A good location and modern...

Liked: Very new and good management of the property.
Disliked: The employee knocked door too early every morning ( didn’t offer No disturbing sign) . slippers and bathrobes needs to call to request.

This was my second stay...

Liked: Very clean. Attentive staff. Exceptional coffee machine serving free coffee in the dining room. One block from the U2 was a 20 minute no transfers into the downtown district. Ten minute walk from the top beer garden in Vienna.

Comfortable and Top tier service/amenities.

Liked: Service, location, great value for money
Disliked: The rooms were said to be soundproof but I could hear what was happening in adjacent rooms, not sure what degree of soundproofing existed
