Liked: Breakfast was fine
Disliked: Arrived at 9:30 pm. I had booked 2 beds. They sent us to the room & bedding was piled up and beds were unmade. Returned yo reception & were told they had no rooms with 2 beds. Eventually given a room with pullout coach. Very uncomfortable, no blanket or pillow provided, not made up. We should get refunded.

The Bistro Grill & Bar...

Liked: The Bartender Rickey was amazing! So if you’re in Vicksburg stop by the Bistro at Courtyard Marriott!
Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was stuff on the wall, there was food and drinks left in the fridge from previous guests. That shows that the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The room key stopped working and the front desk response was she had to extend our stay? How when one of the rooms were booked for a week stay and the other room for a 2 day stay? They don’t greet you upon arrival just look at you. Then they have cookies that you can retrieve. They look at you crazy when you grab a free cookie or get a couple of the lemon water that they sit out for guests.

Liked: Nice rooms staff good location NO BREAKFAST included ..for the life of me cannot understand paying premium price and then be one of few chains that do not include breakfast. Many equal properties that do ..ill stay there
