No elevator to upper floor

Disliked: The only available rooms were on the second floor and there was no elevator! We had to carry our luggage up the stairs and we’re 75 years old!

The question is always. Would...

Liked: The staff were fantastic. There was definitely issues with the room that they were able to help with.The gym is super clean with tons of up-to-date equipment.They were receptive to our concerns regarding the mattresses for the double queen room. Not sure if all the queen beds were as poor quality mattresses, but that was our only complaint. The King room was spacious and a very comfortable bed. The staff was definitely very accommodating with finding the right rooms for our party.
Disliked: The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable and the double queen room.
