Disliked: All was good except they didn’t track what room i was in (211) and thankfully i had the top lock engaged because the staff tried to open door and let someone in my room while i was sleeping and woke up to a loud bang

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly and tried to fix tv with good attitude.
Disliked: TV did not work, even after staff attempts to fix.I discovered the next morning that the door was so out of square that dead bolt lock did not engage.Elevator beeping so loud it can be heard in the room all night long.Bathroom wallpaper peeling off in many places,, held in place with staples.Mold in shower.
