Bad

Disliked: They didn’t even let me stay here. I booked through a third party and because the last name on my license is different than the last name on my credit card ??? I got married a year ago so even though my bank account does have my new name, my physical card doesn’t. I’ve never had a problem booking hotels like this, but for some reason this place found it impossible for me to stay here for this reason. And they did nothing to accommodate. Just “sorry we can’t let you stay”. Will never be booking here again.
