Didn't have breakfast included. We could have got one closer just to have beds to sleep. Closer to the venue we went to. And would have been cheaper.

Disliked: Didn't have whirlpool like it was advertised online - will call in future before I go.

Liked: Clean, updated, comfortable.
Disliked: The tv in our room didn’t work. When we called the front desk the receptionist didn’t know how to fix it. They offered for us to move to another room, but it was late in the evening so we decided not to.

Liked: Bobbi was absolutely awesome! She was extremely helpful on giving ideas to go eat and things to do. She seemed very knowledgeable. She was the sweetest person we met there. She is definitely a keeper!! We will most certainly be back.

Room was fine, ice covered...

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: The parking lot, sidewalks were covered in 6” of ice that made walking outside extremely treacherous. Both my wife and I almost fell on the ice.
