Disappointed

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff friendly
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room. There were chips on carpet from previous guests. I was also not thrilled with the fact that housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 am to clean room. Check out was noon.

staff not helpful, sofa beds...

Liked: location, cleanliness
Disliked: not accommodating for the amount of people advertised - i needed a room for 4 people (2 couples) so it had generated me to a king room with sofa bed. i have booked rooms in the past with sofa bed (at other hotels) and they sleep 2 comfortable, except here. the sofa beds are extremely small (twin size) and 1 couple were not able to sleep at all due to it being extremely tight & uncomfortable. we had approached the staff at the front desk for a solution and all he told us was that there was nothing they can do as they were full. that is understandable, but then accommodating us by giving as a refund would have been the proper thing to do as the advertised accommodations didn’t not meet our standards.

Disliked: didn’t like the bathroom situation ,we we’re hoping for a nice hottub but it was down and we were disappointed and there was no cancellation
