Didn't like it's. Too many...

Liked: The pool and the room.
Disliked: Firstly when I arrived the system was down and they couldn't even take my credit card or give me a key, so I had to manually pay a security deposit and be walked to my room. Fail. Then, after a long day I wanted a bath but the bath is just for show, you cannot fill it. Fail. Then, when checking out, it took them 15 minutes because Noone was available to go check the room. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN ASKED THIS. it is bizarre and made me late for my Uber, and in turn I got charged. Fail.
