Michael R, Little Britain, visiting El Mocambo Toronto Fri, 30 December 2022

I booked the wrong night by accident so I got billed for a no show. My fault but still sucks. I wish there were some sort of booking reminders that would have helped me catch my mistake.

Disliked: I booked the wrong night.

Peter, Goulais, visiting Cabana Pool Bar Toronto Tue, 14 June 2022

Stayed overnight for a concert. Was perfect. Central. Other parking is available right there. We used valet for the convenience.

Liked: Everything. The double queen room was very nice and roomy.
Disliked: Room 911 - the wall is right against the elevator shaft. Noisy!

Nancy, St Thomas, visiting Mattamy Athletic Centre Thu, 19 April 2018

We were happy we chose to stay at The Marriott because of my friend's fall and the staff were so helpful to her. Everyone we came in contact with were kind, friendly and caring. Thank you to all.

Liked: My friend had a fall the first night. I called 0 and got the Night Manager who immediately brought up security and we were able to get her back into bed. The staff were very kind and helpful to her after the fall, even loaning us a wheelchair so we could get her to the Mattamy Centre to see some of the curling. The staff may like to know we took her to Emergency in St. Thomas and her ankle was fractured. She has on a walking cast for 6 weeks. We both thank the very helpful and very kind staff, managers, security, housekeeping bar and restaurant staff.
Disliked: The elevators were a little slow, but being seniors we're never in a hurry anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. That is the only thing I can think of.

Mommy, Hamilton, visiting Tarragon Theatre Mon, 16 November 2015

The staff was great. The hotel needs refurbishing as soon as possible. It is old. OLD! And that is unacceptable for it's level. There are better furbished hotels on the same street.

Liked: Very spacious.
Disliked: Needs refurbishing badly.

The room was basic but comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym. We would stay again!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! Happy Pride :)
